Our Organization
The Friends of the Grand Junction Union Depot, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation in Grand Junction, Colorado. Our mission is to support the preservation and rehabilitation of Grand Junction's historic Union Depot, built in 1906. We celebrate the history of the Union Depot through events, fundraisers and educational opportunities.
When you strip away the rhetoric, preservation is simply having the good sense to hold on to things that are well designed, that link us with our past in a meaningful way, and that have plenty of good use left in them.
